New patients: Please select a First Appointment – Osteopathy (60 mins) appointment so we have time for a full assessment and treatment.
Existing patients: Choose a Follow Up – Osteopathy (30 mins) appointment, or your usual treatment type.

I also offer appointments for babies, children and patients with hypermobility or Ehlers‑Danlos Syndrome (hEDS). If you’re unsure which option to pick, just choose “New Patient” or contact me and I’ll be happy to advise.

How to Prepare:
Wear comfortable clothing and bring any relevant notes or medical information. For baby appointments, bring anything your child needs to feel comfortable.
